Non-trust Membership:

The non-trust membership of IEA consists of following categories of economist, college/university/institute teacher or researcher, in job or retired, full/part time, who shall be interested in the economic development of society and economy, social progress of the country in general and the world at large. They maintain faith in working of the trust. They believe in ethics, values and integrity.

1. Annual Members (April to March as per financial year)
2. Decadal Members (for one decade)
3. Decadal Institutional Members (For one decade)
4. Decadal Corporate Members (for one decade)
5. Decadal Donor Members (for one decade)

The membership fee can be revised by the Governing Board from time to time. A member may get the soft copy of publication either at a concessional price or free as decided by the trust based on funds. Fee is non-refundable. Re-registration of membership after expiry of annual/decadal duration is possible at prevailing fee.

Any other: The budget of various activities will be approved by the trustees as and when required. Conference organisers including Conference Chairperson and Organising Secretary will indicate the total budget and sources of funds and resources.

Accounting: The trust will open joint accounts in the name of trust chairperson and treasurer in banks or post offices as decided by the Governing Board. The operation of accounts will be through signature of Chairman or/and Treasurer. Treasurer will seek due approval on concerned documents. The accounts will be prepared by treasurer for auditing annually. All efforts may be made by each trustee and non-trustee to enrich physical and financial assets, invest in assets or market, earn through interest, dividend or asset appreciation.
