Governing Board will comprise of as per the above clause 8.1. The term of the office bearers of the GB as listed above for a period of Five years, subject to another term extendable to trustees after a break or gap.
Office-Bearers of GB shall function as per designation respectively.
Trustees will be members of GB for deliberations in GB.
The minimum eligibility of trustee is Senior Professor of Central, State, and Deemed University. No Private University faculty can be trustee. However, they can be non-trust decadal academic member.
Trustees will be for life time (i.e., up to 75 years of age). The office bearers of the first GB will be unanimously nominated by the trustees for five years. However, if required afterwards, election may be done. All efforts may be made by the outgoing trustees of the GB to have consensus. If not possible then an election officer will be appointed by the GB at least two months in advance of expiry of terms of office bearers. New office bearers should join just after the expiry of the term of old office bearers. All office bearers will maintain documents as per their work and hand over to the concerned new office bearers. A central office will also be maintained with the Chairperson.
The GB will be principal settler of all administrative, academic, and financial issues. All the trustees shall sizably donate monetarily/physical asset as and when minimum quantum decided by GB. However, there is no maximum limit of donations.
GB members are free to resign at any time and unconditionally.
In case of indiscipline or misconduct, GB can suspend or expel any trustee or non-trustee member(s) by two – third majority of the GB. The Trust GB by two-third majority will nominate another person(s) in that place for remaining period, if any.
