The specific Core Committee, which are normally required once trust becomes operational such as academic committee, conference organizing committee, accounts committee, grievance redressal committee and other development savvy committee shall consist of:

1. One-two (1-2) Office Bearers and/or trustees of IEA nominated by chairperson on different issues after consultation with the GB. One nominated trustee may chair the committee.
2. Up to three to five (3-5) decadal members will be nominated by chairperson of trust from the decadal members with representation of region and gender.
3. IEA Trust core committee chair can invite specialists in the meeting and they will not be entitled for voting.
4. General Secretary will convene the core committee and GB meeting with assistance from the Joint Secretary.
5. If required, coordinators for specific purposes may also be constituted by the chairman/GB.
6. Other Trustees as members

The other functions of the Trust:

1. Monitoring smooth execution of programmes and actions taken as per the Trust resolutions from time to time.
2. Organizing meeting(s) as and when required by the Chairperson or the trustees.
3. The GB will meet at least once a year preferably at the time of the Annual conference. Nevertheless, in the case of some urgent matters the chairperson of the Trust may call additional/extraordinary GB meeting(s). The meeting may be held in online or offline or hybrid mode.
4. To make the IEA asset wise and financially viable through membership fees, donations, grants and so on and maintain proper records.
